USP Labs Yok3d Reviews – the Bad news
USP Labs Yok3d Reviews – the Bad news. USP Labs Yok3d (pronounced “yoked”) is a fitness supplement that plays on the nitrous oxide movement. Yok3d is different from other nitrous oxide fitness supplements, however, in that it claims to use a different substance, arginine nitrate, to produce the desired effect. In theory this encourages the body to react naturally with oxygen producing cells and expand veins with extra nitrate.
Yok3d Problems
The problem is, nitrous oxide supplements in general have absolutely no scientific validity and have never shown results that were better than placebo. So, even a new twist on a bad idea is a stretch, even if it comes from the respected folks over at USP Labs.
USP Labs Yok3d Benefits Claim
People who use Yok3d prior to exercise are supposed to get miraculous benefits. Yok3d is a considered, according to various affiliate marketers, to be a vaso-expander that promotes blood flow and pumps muscles. Yok3d is supposed to fight fatigue, dilate veins, increase strength, enhance endurance, speed recovery and even boost the immune system. Yok3d users are also touted as being able to pump out more sets.
Oops – Not so Fast. What does actual science say about Yok3d?
Well, nothing, which is significant. Science also dictates that there is simply not a nitric oxide supplement on the market (nor is it possible to create one) that will actually do what marketers claim it will do.
For the Yok3d active ingredient, aginine, to produce nitric oxide, it would have to be taken intravenously at 25 grams per dose. This is an impossibly high dose and completely unrealistic for a common supplement. If you don’t believe it, do the research. It is there to be discovered!
If Yok3d is a waste, what do I do?
First, stop dreaming of becoming a freak bodybuilder and start to focus on getting into your simple best shape. This includes a great diet, plenty of water, regular exercise and lots of personal discipline. These factors alone will take for further down the road to fitness than any supplement.
Next, make sure your basic nutrient requirements are met. Use a whole food supplement and plenty of green and red powders, along with tons of raw food. All of this is irreplaceable. If your body is not getting the basics – and tons of micronutrients – no fitness supplement will make up for this deficit. In fact, it will throw you further out of balance.
