• Wake up early – Walk, run, jog...get tired, sweat it out. This will get you reasonably hungry.

• Maintain a fitness journal – Track the amount of weight you lose on a weekly basis. This will boost your morale and keep you going, motivated. • Steer clear of extra munching – Get your three meals a day at the right time, and cease all the high calorie snack munching.

Among other ways to lose weight for those of us who can at most pop in a pill for immediate results, there are the diet pills – Apidex, Didrex, Phentermine and a host of others that work on special formulae, as appetite suppressants or hormonal manipulators to control the excess appetite. If you must choose among these, go for the Prescription ones, they are definitely safer.
There are weight loss supplements to boot, but the bottom line remains: Weight loss has many ways, what you need to count wisely is the number of days!
